Our Services That Process Data

Clients using our services may provide Opho Tech with transactional information, including IP addresses, email addresses, billing details, phone numbers, and similar user data. This information is securely processed to detect behavioral intent and analyze risk profiles for transactions, users, and similar events. The data helps us identify fraud patterns and improve machine learning algorithms.
Data Protection Commitment: Opho Tech does not sell your personal data or the personal data of your end users. All data shared with Opho Tech is confidential, securely processed, and maintained according to industry security standards.
Your account contact details may be shared with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing platforms that meet our security and data processing standards.
Opho Tech may also share necessary data with third parties to address false-positive reports submitted via our feedback forms, such as requests to unblock or register an IP address. Such data sharing is limited to improving service accuracy.

Upon messaging opt-in, end users agree to receive messages from Opho Tech regarding account alerts, communications, marketing, and more.
